Spirit · Self-Love
How to learn to love yourself.
Self-love is not a feeling you wait to arrive. It is a skill, and it can be learned, practiced, and rebuilt, even if you have spent your whole life believing you are not worth it.
And it matters more than almost anything, because nearly every struggle traces back to the same quiet root: not believing you are worth taking care of. You can fix your sleep, your habits, your mindset, but if underneath it all you still feel unworthy, the change never holds. Self-love is the foundation the rest of your life is built on, and the good news is that it is built through action, not waiting to feel ready.
First, let’s clear something up
What self-love actually is, and what it isn’t.
Most people resist this work because they think it means something it does not. If any of these have kept you at arm’s length, let me offer you a different definition.
The framework
The 8 Principles of Self-Love
Each has a meaning and a practice, because reading changes your mind, but practicing changes your life. Read them all, then pick one to live.
What I actually use
Books & tools that shaped this
The books that changed how I see myself, and the journal I use to do the work. I’ve learned something from every one of these, and they’re among my favorites.
What changes
What this actually feels like.
You will not notice self-love as a sudden feeling, you will notice it as things getting easier: your confidence stops depending on other people and starts growing from the promises you keep to yourself, your sense of purpose surfaces once you stop performing and can finally hear what genuinely pulls you, and you begin to feel connected to something bigger, whatever you choose to call it. This page is the overview, and the free guide gives each of the eight principles its own chapter with the story behind it, deeper reflections, and a workbook to live it, free, start to finish. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
